股市投资要深入研究公司的基本面，连一个专用名词也不放过。

BOP这个专用名词缩写形式在大洋电机的年报里，和董秘答问里都经常见到。但是我搞不清楚具体意思是什么，翻词典查不到，在网上搜索也鲜见蛛丝马迹。功夫不付有心人，最后还是搜到了。它的来源与电站（核电站）有关，原文如下：

-Reactor Vessel and Internals Segmentation Planning;

-Balance of Plant dismantlement.

BOP就是出自上面的最后一句话，是其首字母的缩写。上面的英文，写的是一座核电站退役报废的计划，包括三个步骤：1、主机件移除计划；2、反应容器和内设分割计划；3、电站拆除的平衡。

最后一句话的原意是“核电站拆除的平衡”，但是后来用的都是它的引伸的意思。维基百科对BOP的解释是：Balance of plant(BOP) is a term generally used in the context of power engineering to refer to all the supporting components and auxiliary systems of a power plant needed to deliver the energy, other than the generating unit itself.这段话的意思是，BOP指的是电站工程中，除主机本身以外的支持配件、辅助系统。
